Relax in Mexican sun knowing you got the best deal
Everybody going on all inclusive holidays to Mexico will need some stuff. It is quite fascinating to think how starting a small business can service these. Like any start up business, you have to realise who you are seeking to serve. Clearly, in this case it will be people who are going on an all inclusive holiday to Mexico.

People will only buy commonly available things if they are packaged with other things equally needed.
You could think of making up a package consisting of tea bags, aspirins, indigestion tablets, sachets of sugar, emergency sun tan oil, creams of various natures etc etc. Wrap everything up in a handy package, designed to prevent its contents soiling the contents of the suitcase, and vice versa - then you have a new product.
You will invariably think of better articles than my short list, but you get the idea, Make everything available to order with next day delivery, and make sure the goods get to people on time. They will be going on holiday every year and will doubtless remember you if you provide everything they need seamlessly.
You will be surprised at how much you can think of that will demand "convenience" if you put your mind to it.
